Arkansas Building Authority uses a formal application process for regular salary positions to ensure we are in compliance with state and federal regulations. An Arkansas state application must be completed before any consideration can be made and be postmarked by the position closure date. To assure that the candidates meets the minimum qualifications for the position the Human Resources Manager reviews the applications and those meeting the minimum qualifications are referred to the supervisor for review and possible interviews. Upon a final determination, all applicants will be sent notification as to the job status. Applications will be kept on file for a period of six (6) months from the initial date of application. If another ABA job opportunity is advertised that is of interest to you, contact the Human Resources Office and request your application be considered for the new position. After the six (6) month period has ended, applicants should complete a new state application for further consideration.
