Request For Proposals

• ARKANSAS BUILDING AUTHORITY on behalf of the AR DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION - REVENUE DIVISION is soliciting lease proposals for office space in CABOT, AR for approx. 2,500 to 3,000 usable s.f. and a minimum of 40 parking spaces for a six (6) year lease term. Site criteria and a guide floor plan with specifications will be furnished upon request. The award of contract will be determined in accordance with RFP criteria.
